Clestra - Certifications

27 High Environmental Quality or HEQ is a concept originally initiated by the HEQ Association, recognised for its public utility. Applied to buildings, it is now available as an NF certified quality label, a voluntary quality mark, owned by AFNOR, the French Standardisation Association. Its operation has been awarded AFNOR Certification. Currently the standard « HEQ Sustainable Building, Office and Hotel sectors » is in version 3.0 dated January 2019. In this version, there are four commitments including twelve objectives: 1. Responsible management 2. Quality of life 3. Respect of the environment 4.
