Clestra has actively engaged in the transition toward sustainable construction in recent years. Today, our entire organization is more than ever committed to address major environmental challenges through a voluntary sustainability action plan based on the following principles:

We not only aim at addressing our industry’s growing environmental impact but also continuously improving the lives of workers and occupiers.

Green building certifications

Our expertise in prefabricated construction solutions can significantly contribute to achieving LEED, BREEAM and HQE buildings certifications. See how Clestra can help you achieve these certifications:

Cradle to Cradle

Clestra strives to protect the planet and occupiers by designing products made for disassembly. This allows us to create a virtuous loop of resources by optimizing the use and reuse of our installed systems and prolong their lifecycle. Our emphasis on circular economy, paired with an increased use of recycled materials to manufacture our products, allowed us to be granted the Bronze Cradle to Cradle certification on most of our solutions. This certification also shows us a path to continuously improve our environmental performances.

High indoor air quality

Our solutions are all factory-finished, reaching the highest VOC certification standard on the market for indoor air quality.

Our CSR commitment

Transparency is an essential aspect of a company’s actions when it comes to environmental and social responsibilities. Our CSR commitments shape our strategic efforts and our relationships with business stakeholders. Fours main axis drive our CSR policy:

  • Responsible governance.
  • Environmental commitment.
  • Social responsibilities.
  • Circular economy and sustainable design.
