Our multicultural teams operate among our subsidiaries where they collaborate actively on international projects whilst striving to achieve the highest standard for quality. Our 4 factories are always looking for continuous improvements and consistently reach the highest manufacturing quality across the world. Our factories are located in:
- Strasbourg and Bonson, France.
- Taicang near Shanghai, China.
- Gumi near Seoul, South-Korea.
Clestra is also growing its international dealer network to address overseas markets and maintain an active presence.

Earl F. Hauserman invents the first removable office partition and creates his company in Cleveland, USA.
1931
The Empire States Building in New York City is one of the first buildings to be equipped with this brand new partition.
1962
Earl F. hauserman builds his first european factory in Strasbourg.

Hauserman takes part in the biggest international projects of the time, including Saudi Arabia’s King Saud University in Riyadh.

Sustainable development: LEED and HQE. Clestra has contributed to obtaining these certifications, highlighting the positive impact of recyclable steel products, the absence of toxic products, the longevity of the life cycle increased by the removability of its products, and visual comfort.

Clestra’s Strabourg factory gets awarded a triple QSE certification: ISO 9001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001.

Clestra also opens a new factory in Taicang, China, along with a new branch in Singapore.

The korean company KC Green Holdings becomes Clestra’s main shareholder. The company begins a new era.

Clestra takes a major stake in PPG’s capital, a turkish company specialized in designing and building cleanrooms. Clestra reinforces its manufacturing capabilities in this strategic market.
